These yummy treats are perfect for favors or as an additional dessert at any occasion. They also make great teacher gifts and end-of the-year thank-you's! The ribbons and sprinkles/designs can match any color scheme or if you want white chocolate the whole ball can compliment your color theme!
Pop Cakes!!!

So, when my daughter was two, she couldn't pronounce the word cupcake. Instead, she called them pop cakes. I thought it was adorable & then I thought what a perfect name for the cute little cake pops people make. So, in honor of Madison, I make pop cakes instead of cake pops :) The fun thing about pop cakes is that they can be designed to fit any theme- ladybugs, frogs, mickey mouse, or just color coordinated like these pictured here. The East Longmeadow Mom's club had a wine tasting, so I made this plate of various cake truffles in the shape of a wine bottle to compliment the occasion. I made three different kinds: chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, dipped in white chocolate; yellow cake with vanilla frosting, dipped in dark chocolate; and my personal favorite, yellow cake with chocolate frosting, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in coconut. So yummy!!
Birthday Pops!

Alyssa wanted pop cakes to color coordinate with her party. These pops are yellow cake with chocolate frosting dipped in white chocolate dyed lime green. The teal buckets are filled with sugar to help hold the pops in place and there is a purple bow tied around each bucket. So fun!! I have many buckets like this in various colors to help coordinate with you next party!
